Biography

Larissa Kruger Gomes, MD is a board-certified nephrologist. She earned her medical degree from Faculdade Evangelica do Parana and Newcastle University; completed her residency in internal medicine at the University of Connecticut; and specialized further by achieving a fellowship in nephrology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center – Harvard Medical School.

At Nephrology Associates, Dr. Kruger Gomes supports patients managing acute and chronic kidney conditions. She is deeply involved in clinical advancement, serving as a Principal Investigator for research at Nephrology Associates, and maintains hospital affiliations with Rhode Island Hospital, Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, and Kent County Memorial Hospital. Dr. Kruger Gomes is also fluent in Portuguese.
